Very nice and friendly place
The breakfast area was very hot. Did not like sweating well trying to eat.

Quiet location but easy access. Room was nice for the price.
Breakfast was pretty scanty, just choice of two cereals, bagel or roll, orange juice and biscuit and gravy. Coffee was the only hot choice (I'm a tea drinker). Okay, but not what I expected.

This was a very dirty hotel. The hot tub was broke, along with the washing machine that was advertised. No cups in the room to drink water or coffee. Pool area very dirty and no towels availible after swimming. Comforters were light brown in color and had many stains on them. Only one ice machine worked, it was on 4th floor.

Price.
Waiting for pool towels. Previous guest's t-shirt found behind sofa. Showerhead looked soap-scummy. Needed to put mind over matter to remember it was worth the price.

Absolutely nothing.
This was one of the worst hotels my wife and I have had an experience with. We did not end up staying here because of the horrible conditions, but I wanted a way to express our displeasure with this awful excuse of a hotel. When we first walked in, we saw streaks of dirt all over the walls. The carpet looked very old and dirty. The staff had an "I don't care whether you stay here or not" type of attitude. Our room had a large spider on the wall, and the microwave and fridge were very old with multiple dents. The gym is a joke with two rusted out treadmills - that's it! This hotel should be taken off your website if you want to advertise hotels with integrity.

I liked the hotel staff. Very helpful and friendly.
There was no refrigerator or microwave in our room as it stated we would have one when room was booked.

We were surprised to find that the fridge worked in our room which was nice.
This hotel in whole needs to be cleaned and the fixtures needs to be fixed. You can tell at one time this hotel was nice but it has been neglected.

Didn't have to sleep in the car.
Wifi did not reach all rooms. Offered to move us for reception or said we could come to lobby. Elevator was dirty and A/C did not work in elevator. Attendant for continental breakfast kept it stocked, but no effort was made to bus or clean tables or messes on the breakfast bar.

I stayed at the Carol Hotel since it was close to a hospital that I had to have surgery at very early in the am. The price was worth the conviencence. It is an older place and the pool and spa were pretty dated but for a family on a budget kids would love it. It is also very close to a strip mall and several eating places.

Great amount of space for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Not really any added value. Rooms were not very sound proof, could hear children crying next door and children/people running in halls on the floor above.
